• Waitlist details you give us: your name, email address, role, and any artist/label name or link you choose to share.
• Basic technical data: the country your request came from and the page that referred you, used to understand where interest is coming from.

How we use it

We use your information only to manage the waitlist, contact you about your early-access spot, and send launch news about Activ Distribution. We do not sell your personal information.

Where it's stored

Waitlist data is stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. We keep it until you ask us to delete it or the waitlist is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email we send, or ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by replying to one of our emails.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. Significant changes will be communicated to people on the waitlist.
